Step 5 — Your Healing Session

All sessions are conducted in a calm, professional, and non-judgmental environment. Duration varies by service — please refer to individual service pages for session lengths.
Step 6 — Post-Session Support
Following your session, your practitioner will provide verbal feedback, aftercare guidance, and recommendations for your continued healing journey. A written summary or recommendations document is provided where relevant.
